Standard Delivery – Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately by email or telephone. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

While the goods are in your possession, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them. You are also responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Important Return Conditions

  • Goods must be returned unused and in their original, intact packaging.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cannot accept returns on any e-liquids that have been opened, unsealed, or used due to health and safety regulations.
  • Personalised, intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods are not eligible for return.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
